From the moment the order has been paid for, it can arrive within 2 to 7 days for Romania.

For orders from other EU countries the delivery time is between 7-14 days.

Payment can be made on the website by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Revolut Pay, Google Pay.

No exchange can be made as the paintings are unique.

The product comes neatly packaged, and marked fragile. Your signature on the receipt means that the painting has reached you in good condition.

The costs of transport and insurance of the painting for the return shipment are borne by the person who wishes to return the parcel.

The return must be made within 15 days (Romania) or 21 days (EU) of receipt of the parcel.

The painting’s value will be returned when the returned painting is received in good condition. We recommend that you insure the painting for return transport.
